This has worked for me off stud...got an 18kg cuta the first day i tried it a while back.it trolls big bonnies perfect..if you can get "gang" hooks snell them together.got shown how to make it by an islander from papau new guinee..just thread some mono with a bait needle through front of lips to hold head down...didnt realize its effectiveness with big baits untill i tried it..

thats with the hooks embedded..nothing shows.the front bit is a lead weight moulded onto the front hook.start with back one first,and swing the hooks at 90 deg to the eye to get a perfect hidden sit(takes a bit of practice)..i have trolled one like that and one with trebles...and out of interest 80 % of hits are on the one with the singles complelty concealed??..and they have a good hook up rate to my surprise??..but then could be luck as well..
but then nothing tried nothing learnt
