Home made Bait Swimmers

Tie a piece of wire onto the hook with fly tying thread then seal it off with Loon UV resin. Note: a fly tying vice  is useful for making this.  Note: use a good quality lead  hook  since it sometimes becomes the main fighting hook if the trebles fail.

Push an egg sinker onto the wire and kink the wire to hold it in place:
